I've worked over 50 jobs—from front-line to C-suite, across nonprofit, corporate, and education sectors. That journey taught me something crucial: great leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about knowing your strengths, building healthy culture, and helping others do the same.

That's why I founded Mode Leadership.

Mode: a way or manner in which something occurs or is experienced, expressed, or done; a fashion or style in clothes, art, or literature; an option allowing a change in the method of operation of a device in photography.

I partner with teams and leaders to unlock their natural strengths and create cultures where people thrive. My work centers on three core areas: Working Genius facilitation, culture development consulting and authentic leadership development.

Over 20+ years, I've held roles in program delivery, HR, fundraising, community investment, and leadership across nonprofit, corporate, and education organizations. I bring practical insight from every level—and I'm known for being direct, inspiring, and forward-thinking on topics like employee engagement, values-based leadership through an EDIA lens, and developing middle managers in the age of AI.

I'm also a keynote speaker and instructor with the University of Winnipeg PACE and University of Manitoba Executive Education programs.
