About Mode

Jennifer Montebruno CLC, CWS (she/her) is the founder and principal of Mode Leadership. For over twenty years she has studied and worked in and alongside organizations - in corporate, government, higher education, and nonprofit sectors - watching what builds cultures and what breaks them.

She is a facilitator, coach, and organizational development strategist who works at the intersection of leadership, equity, and culture. That breadth of sector experience and advanced certifications and education isn’t incidental — it’s what allows her to see organizational dynamics that sector-specific consultants can miss.
